Terms of service
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern all wholesale transactions with Paw Pro Supply (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By registering for a wholesale account, placing an order, or otherwise doing business with us, you (“Customer,” “you,” or “your”) agree to these Terms.
Wholesale Accounts
Paw Pro Supply sells exclusively to approved wholesale customers. Customers must complete registration and receive approval before accessing pricing or placing orders. We reserve the right to approve, deny, or revoke accounts at our sole discretion.
Ordering and Payment
Orders are placed through our website following account approval. At checkout, Customers may pay in full using available online payment methods or proceed under their pre-approved payment terms, which are automatically recognized and applied to qualifying accounts — no manual setup or invoice request required. An invoice is issued at the time of order, with payment due according to the Customer’s approved terms.
Payment Terms
- Net 15 and Net 30 payment terms are available only to approved accounts and are subject to credit review and our discretion.
- Payment is due in full within the agreed term period of 15 or 30 days from the invoice date.
- We accept e-transfer, credit card, or other approved methods.
- Late payments may result in delayed shipments, suspension of credit terms, or account closure.
Title and Ownership of Goods
Ownership and title of goods remain with Paw Pro Supply until payment is received in full. We reserve the right to reclaim unpaid goods without notice in the event of non-payment.
Returns and Claims
All shipments must be inspected upon delivery. Visible damages, shortages, or order errors must be reported within 7 days of delivery, including order details and photos where applicable. Concealed defects or product failures occurring within normal use must be reported within 30 days of delivery.Returns require prior written approval. Unauthorized returns may be refused or ineligible for credit. Approved credits will be issued as store credit by default; customers may request that a credit be applied to an outstanding invoice.A complete Return Policy is provided separately and forms part of these Terms.
Defective Products
Defective-on-arrival products and verified failures occurring within normal use are credited or replaced upon photo confirmation. Manufacturer defects beyond 30 days are subject to the brand’s warranty terms where applicable.
Store Credits
Store credits are automatically applied to the next order unless otherwise requested. Credits cannot be redeemed for cash and are non-transferable.
Insurance
Paw Pro Supply maintains commercial general liability insurance with product liability coverage. We will name approved Customers as additional insured upon written request and provide a Certificate of Insurance accordingly.
Minimum Advertised Price (MAP)
Certain brands distributed by Paw Pro Supply are subject to Minimum Advertised Price policies established by the brand owner or, where Paw Pro Supply holds exclusive Canadian distribution rights, by Paw Pro Supply directly. Brand-specific MAP policies are provided separately and form part of these Terms for the relevant products. Violations may result in written notice and, if uncorrected, suspension of supply.
Account Suspension and Termination
Paw Pro Supply reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for non-payment, repeated late payments, breach of these Terms, or misuse of wholesale privileges.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Ontario.
Changes to Terms
We may update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of your wholesale account constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
