Shipping policy

At Paw Pro Supply, we are committed to providing our retail partners with efficient, reliable, and cost-effective shipping solutions.

Order Processing

  • Orders received by 2:00 PM EST are processed the same business day; orders received after 2:00 PM are processed the next business day.
  • Customers with payment terms will have orders processed once terms are confirmed.
  • Prepaid orders ship once payment is received.

Shipping & Delivery Rates

Local Delivery (within 150 km)

A flat fuel surcharge of $7.50 per order applies. Free local delivery on orders over $250 (before taxes).

Shipping (Canada)

  • Ontario: Free shipping on orders over $250 (before taxes).
  • Outside Ontario: Free shipping on orders over $400 (before taxes).
  • Orders below these thresholds are charged shipping at checkout.

Heavy or Oversized Shipments

Items such as litter, dog food, or cat food may incur additional charges. Any adjustments will be communicated before shipping.

Pallet and LTL Shipments

Large-volume orders may be shipped via LTL or palletized freight. Freight terms, dock appointment requirements, and delivery scheduling will be coordinated with the Customer at the time of order confirmation.

Local Delivery (150 km)

Orders are delivered the following week according to our delivery schedule below.

Shipping (Canada)

  • Ontario: 2–5 business days.
  • Rest of Canada: 5–10 business days.
  • Remote or rural locations may require additional time.

We aim to deliver all shipped orders as quickly as possible, typically within 3–5 business days.

Delivery Schedule by Region

Monday - Region 1: Ingersoll, Lakeshore, London, Parkhill, Saint Thomas, Simcoe, Stratford, Woodstock, Windsor, Chatham, Brantford.

Tuesday - Region 2: Ajax, Aurora, Bowmanville, Bradford, King City, Markham, Newcastle, Newmarket, North York, Oshawa, Pickering, Richmond Hill, Scarborough, Thornhill, Toronto, Uxbridge, Vaughan, Whitby, Whitchurch-Stouffville, Woodbridge, Etobicoke.

Wednesday - Region 3: Acton, Alliston, Bolton, Brampton, Erin, Georgetown, Milton, Mississauga, Oakville, Orangeville, Shelburne, Tottenham, Halton Hills.

Thursday - Region 4: Bloomingdale, Burlington, Cambridge, Elmira, Fergus, Guelph, Kitchener, Waterloo, Waterdown.

Friday- Region 5: Ancaster, Beamsville, Dundas, Fonthill, Hagersville, Niagara Falls, Port Colborne, St. Catharines, Stoney Creek, Welland, Hamilton.Includes nearby and surrounding cities. Stores outside these areas will be scheduled into the most efficient delivery route for fast service.

Receiving Requirements

Customers requiring scheduled dock appointments, advance shipping notices (ASN), or specific receiving windows are asked to communicate these requirements at the time of account setup so they can be incorporated into our delivery process.

Damages, Shortages, and Claims

All shipments must be inspected upon delivery. Visible damages, shortages, or order errors must be reported within 7 days of delivery, including order details and photos where applicable. Concealed defects must be reported within 30 days of delivery.Returns require prior written approval. Unauthorized returns may be refused or ineligible for credit. Approved credits will be issued as store credit by default; customers may request that a credit be applied to an outstanding invoice. All claims should be directed to sales@pawprosupply.com.
