Shipping and Delivery
At Paw Pro Supply, we're committed to providing our retail partners with efficient, reliable and cost-effective delivery.
Order Cutoff & Processing
- Orders received by Friday at 2:00 PM EST are delivered the following week on your zone's scheduled delivery day.
- Orders received after the cutoff are scheduled for the next available delivery week.
- Need it sooner? Orders can ship by courier at cost. Just ask when you order.
- Customers with payment terms will have orders processed once terms are confirmed. Prepaid orders are scheduled once payment is received.
Delivery Rates: Ontario
- Order any amount. Route delivery is free on orders of $300 or more (before taxes). Orders under $300 have a $15 delivery fee, or can ship by courier at cost.
- Stores outside our delivery zones are shipped by courier at the same rates: free on orders of $300 or more, $15 under $300.
New Accounts
Welcome to Paw Pro! Your first 3 orders get free delivery anywhere in Ontario, with no $15 fee on orders under $300. Orders are delivered on your zone's scheduled delivery day.
Shipping Rates: Outside Ontario
Order any amount. Shipping is calculated based on order value:

Heavy or Oversized Shipments
Items such as litter, dog food or cat food may incur additional charges. Any adjustments will be communicated before shipping.
Pallet and LTL Shipments
Large-volume orders may be shipped via LTL or palletized freight. Freight terms, dock appointment requirements and delivery scheduling will be coordinated with the customer at the time of order confirmation.
Delivery Times
- Ontario (route delivery): delivered the week after your order on your zone's scheduled day (weekly or every other week, as listed below).
- Ontario (courier): 2–5 business days.
- Outside Ontario: 5–8 business days. Remote or rural locations may require additional time.

Receiving Requirements
Customers requiring scheduled dock appointments, advance shipping notices (ASN) or specific receiving windows are asked to communicate these requirements at the time of account setup, so they can be incorporated into our delivery process.
Damages, Shortages, and Claims
All shipments must be inspected upon delivery. Visible damages, shortages or order errors must be reported within 7 days of delivery, including order details and photos where applicable. Concealed defects must be reported within 30 days of delivery.
Returns require prior written approval. Unauthorized returns may be refused or ineligible for credit. Approved credits are issued as store credit by default; customers may request that a credit be applied to an outstanding invoice instead.
